Users agree to use the Service in a lawful and compliant manner.

• team collaboration

3. Use of AI Systems

The Platform enables interaction with third-party AI systems.

The User is responsible for:

• use of generated output

Users must verify content before use.

Users may not use the Platform for:

• unlawful activities
• defamatory content
• copyright infringement
• fraud, phishing or scams
• privacy violations

4.2 Misuse of AI

It is strictly prohibited to:

• generate misleading or manipulative content
• create undisclosed deepfakes
• spread intentional disinformation
• use AI for critical automated decisions
• use the Platform to train third-party AI models
• generate large-scale datasets without authorization

4.3 System Abuse

Users may not:

• reverse engineer the Platform
• decompile or scrape data
• bypass plan limitations
• automate access without authorization
• attempt unauthorized access
• perform security attacks

4.4 Sensitive Data

Users must not input:

• health data
• criminal data
• highly sensitive information
• confidential/professional secrets

unless legally permitted.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• uploaded and generated content
• API key usage
• costs incurred
• legal compliance

6. Monitoring

The Platform may:

• log activity
• monitor usage
• detect anomalies

in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Enforcement

The Company may:

• suspend accounts
• restrict access
• terminate services

in case of violations.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

The Company may cooperate with authorities where legally required.
