1. Scope
This document governs:
- the use of AI systems through the Let’s Gen® AI platform
- the technical and legal limitations of generated content
- the allocation of responsibilities between the parties
These AI Terms supplement:
- the Terms of Service
- the Privacy Policy
- the Acceptable Use Policy
2. Nature of the AI Service
Let’s Gen® AI operates as an AI orchestration layer.
The Company:
- does not develop AI models
- does not train AI systems
- does not control AI model behavior
Content generation is performed by third-party AI Providers selected by the User.
3. Roles of the Parties
3.1 Let’s Gen Srl
Provides:
- software infrastructure
- orchestration tools
- structured prompts and frameworks
Does not provide AI models.
3.2 AI Providers
AI Providers:
- generate outputs
- manage AI systems
- process data via APIs
Act as independent entities.
3.3 User
The User:
- selects AI Providers
- submits input data
- decides how to use outputs
Is responsible for their use.
4. Nature of Generated Content
AI-generated content:
- is automatically produced
- may contain errors or bias
- may be incomplete or inaccurate
It does not constitute professional advice.
5. Technical Limitations
AI systems may:
- produce inaccurate outputs
- reflect bias
- generate unpredictable results
Users acknowledge these limitations.
6. Prompts, Templates and Frameworks
The Platform uses:
- structured prompts
- templates
- frameworks
- industry kits
These tools:
- optimize AI interaction
- do not guarantee outcomes
7. Use of Data
Let’s Gen Srl:
- does not use user data for AI training
- does not share data for training purposes
AI Providers may process data according to their own policies.
8. AI Transparency
Users are informed that:
- content is generated by AI systems
- no human intervention occurs in initial generation
- human review is required before use
9. Responsibility for AI Use
The User is responsible for:
- verifying outputs
- using generated content
- decisions based on outputs
The Company is not liable for:
- AI errors
- consequences of content usage
10. Prohibited AI Uses
Prohibited uses are defined in the Acceptable Use Policy.
In particular, the Platform must not be used for:
- illegal activities
- manipulation or disinformation
- misleading content
- high-risk use cases
11. Risk Classification
The Platform:
- is not designed for high-risk AI systems
- must not be used for critical automated decisions
12. Human Oversight
The Service is designed to:
- assist human activities
- not replace human judgment
Users must maintain control.
